Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (Australia):
- Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Estimated delivery times (New Zealand):
- Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 within Australia & New Zealand

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or lost/stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition, with tags still attached
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is included
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at izzy@secastore.com.au with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 3 business days for this to process.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
Once we receive your original item and has been approved, we will send out your exchanged piece free of charge. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or exchange.
